1) Individualized maternal and infant nutrition counseling services throughout your pregnancy and during lactation.


- This means one-on-one, specific to you sessions. Every meeting will be different for every client because every client has different needs.


2) Access to a team of care providers that are qualified with RDN credentials, Masters degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics, and are certified Lactation Counselors.


- We are uniquely positioned to guide you through your transition into motherhood. We know that it can be scary, but we have the knowledge to help you move smoothly through pregnancy and lactation while also enjoying the process.
